To our clients: We care about your health and are taking steps to protect you and our staff.

In response to the Covid 19 pandemic to reduce risk of transmission, we are implementing several temporary protocols If you are ill, especially with a cough or fever please stay at home. We will work hard to reschedule you when you are well.

To minimize the number of people in the clinic at one time:



  1. We ask that upon arrival for an appointment, please call us from the parking lot to let us know that you are here. We will contact you when it is your turn. Please wait in your car with your pet until we call you in.
  2. Call 574-382-2120 or 574-382-0586
  3. Please only one person come in with the pet.
  4. If you need medicine, please let the staff know so they can have it ready for you.
  5. For medicine refills only, please call ahead so the staff can have it ready. To minimize your time in the office, you can pay with credit card over the phone prior to your arrival. We also have most medicines on our webstore. You can access this at foutsvc.com and go to My Vet Store. Once approved, these are delivered right to your home usually in 2-3 days.
  6. If you are here to pick up a patient at discharge, call us to let us know that you are here and a technical staff member will assist you in the discharge process. We will be cleaning high touch areas more frequently to reduce the potential spread of any disease.
